St. Mary's is participating in a diocesan process of listening and discernment.
The Diocese of Worcester is partnering with Catholic Leadership Institute to gather feedback from priests, parishes, and the Pastoral Center. The purpose is to better understand strengths, opportunities, and support needs so Bishop McManus and his successor can use credible information as he discerns pastoral priorities and the future direction of the diocese.
LATEST: WE NEED TO HEAR FROM OUR PARISHIONERS!
One important part of this process is the Disciple Maker Index (DMI), a survey that invites parishioners to reflect on their discipleship and experience of parish life at St. Mary's.
Take the DMI between October 22 and November 22.
Take the Survey- Your honest feedback helps us understand the life and vitality of our parish
- Broad participation helps create a more complete picture of our parish community
- Results will be reviewed beginning in January as part of pastoral discernment and future planning
At St. Mary's, we are grateful for the many ways God is at work in our community. The DMI will help us recognize those strengths and identify opportunities where we can continue to grow.
Please continue to pray for our parish and for the Diocese of Worcester as we listen, learn, and discern together.
