SUBMIT YOUR PREFERENCES BY WEDNESDAY, JUNE 24TH. If we do not receive your response, you will automatically be marked as available for all upcoming weekends at your preferred Mass from the previous schedule.

Please remember the following information:

Use the form below to select the ministries you want to be scheduled for, your preferred Mass time(s), and any weeks you will be away from St. Mary's and unable to serve.

Our scheduler stores information at the family member level. This means that each family member serving in a liturgical ministry must submit a separate form. For example, if mom is a Eucharistic Minister and two children are Altar Servers, three forms need to be filled out - one for each family member.
