We have organized several volunteer opportunities for parishioners and families to participate in as a parish family on a single day. Whether you enjoy painting, sorting donations, cleaning, serving at a food pantry, or visiting with a homebound parishioner, we have a project that is perfect for you and your family.

Habitat for Humanity ReStoreLocation: 640 Lincoln Street, Suite 100, Worcester, MA | Work: Organizing donations, restocking shelves, clean-up Wear closed toe shoes, clothes that can get dirty. | ReStore can host volunteers aged 14 & 15 as long as they volunteer with a parent or legal guardian present. urban missionaries of our lady of hopeLocation: 242 Canterbury St, Worcester, MA 01603 | Work: Assisting with weekly flea market set up, yard work, breaking down wood furniture, sorting donations and sorting metal. | Volunteers: 10 High School age or above. (High School age volunteers must be accompanied by adult volunteer.) |
greater Worcester Land TrustLocation: 4 Ash St, Worcester, MA 01604 | Work: General trail clearing using loppers and hand saws to work on, along with the possibility of building some puncheons/bog-bridges. Volunteers: Encouraged to wear sturdy footwear and clothes they don’t mind getting dirty (light colors & long pants/socks tucked into pants to help create a barrier for ticks), bringing water, and bringing bug spray. St. Mary Homebound Project and VisitsLocation: St. Mary's Hall and visits to Homebound Parishioners | Work: Decorate prayer box, write a prayer, and decorate a rock with a positive message.
